HYDRAULIC PRESS FOR STRAIGHTENING LARGE ELECTRO-WELDED STRUCTURES AND OXY-FUEL CUT PLATES

The TL-400-6000E hydraulic press is part of the T/NC series and has been custom-designed for straightening operations on large electro-welded structures and oxy-fuel cut steel plates.

Like all of our T/NC series hydraulic presses, its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large parts, plates, or structures. It enables access to various pressing points without needing to move the workpiece, thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal travel of the bridge.

It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure below 319 Bar, ensuring prolonged durability and reliable performance.

STRUCTURE AND WORKTABLES

- Consists of an electro-welded frame made exclusively from S355JR steel.
- Structure is stabilized and machined after the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
- Designed and calculated using finite element analysis software.
- Longitudinal movement of the bridge is achieved by frequency inverter and toothed belt.
- Lateral movement of the press head is motorized and controlled via frequency inverter.

Complies with all essential health and safety requirements in accordance with CE regulations.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT

- Double-acting cylinder with honed barrel, chrome-plated piston rod, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
- Equipped with a removable and interchangeable presser foot to prevent piston rod damage, with end-machining to adapt different tools.
- Includes standard cylinder anti-rotation device and graduated front panel with limit switches to control cylinder stroke.
- Motorized hydraulic power unit with two speeds and automatic high-speed disengagement.
- Cylinder pressure relief valve included.
- Pressure regulator.
- Glycerine-filled tonnage manometer.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

- Electric panel features a selector to choose between manual or semi-automatic operating modes.
- Also includes a selector for fast approach or slow working speeds.
- Operation via a low-voltage pendant control station with emergency stop.
- Includes a confirmation push-button for machine operation.
- Equipped with a perimeter safety cable device.
