The SEALPAC 800 is a fully automatic, industrial-grade traysealing line engineered for continuous operation in meat, poultry, fish processing plants as well as ready meal production. The machine precisely controls vacuum forming and modified atmosphere application (MAP/gas flushing technology), significantly extending the shelf life and freshness of packed food products.

With its impressive 8.5-meter frame length, the machine provides an extended and convenient loading zone for operators or automatic dosing equipment. It features advanced microprocessor control, low noise emission (approx. 73 dB), and full stainless steel construction in IP 65 protection class, permitting aggressive chemical and pressure washing after production. The included Swiss Busch vacuum pump (250 m³/h) ensures rapid and stable creation of deep vacuum in the sealing chamber.
