Machine purchased in 2018, operated until 2020, then decommissioned and preserved as a backup unit after acquiring another CNC machine.

DESCRIPTION:
We offer a Bezinger TLI 10 manual lathe designed for the production of wedding rings and specialized applications. The machine features diamond tools for precision machining and an excellent ring finish; it is capable of highly accurate processing of the inner, side, and outer surfaces of rings, including radii.

Specialized separate fixtures allow you to perform individual operations without the need for modifications or accessory changes.
- A unique feature of the lathe is vacuum chip extraction via a vacuum cleaner hose (vacuum cleaner not included)
- In addition to gold processing fixtures, the machine also includes additives and fixtures for the production of platinum rings.
- The sales package includes sets of internal clamps for solid bar and tubes in 4 different widths. Each set includes 40 clamp sizes.
