Vacomats are mobile extraction units designed to remove large quantities of dust and chips in compact spaces. These clean air extraction systems (negative pressure), intended for indoor installation, can be used for single or multi-machine extraction, handling air volumes of up to 10,000 m³/h. Built in accordance with the latest EU standard EN 16770, they are particularly suitable for woodworking shops where special safety requirements apply due to the risk of dust explosion. They are suitable for materials classified under dust explosion class St1.

Filter cleaning in the Vacomat XPe is carried out purely electro-mechanically via an efficient shaking motor, which automatically activates once all connected machines are switched off. The control is managed via voltage-free contacts relaying the operating status of the woodworking machines. Motorized shaking control is included in the scope of delivery. Delivery does not include coils.

Motorized filter regeneration, mobile design, extraction port can be mounted on either the right or left side, and the unit can be height-reduced for transport.
