100,000 litre capacity – brand new – above-ground, made from steel plate.

The tank complies with DIN-EN 12285-2 (formerly DIN 6616-D), features 2 saddle supports, an access ladder, and is externally primed – supplied with untreated sheet metal.

D = 2.90 m – L = approx. 16.00 m.

The tank is fitted with a brand-new internal plastic lining, including a leak detection unit installed in a protective box – see sample photo.

The plastic lining has a "General Building Authority Approval" and is therefore suitable and approved for the storage of liquid fertiliser AHL as well as NOx reduction agent AUS 32 (AdBlue).

The price is ex works – loaded free of charge.

Our recommendation:
Sandblast the tank exterior, apply primer, and completely repaint – traffic grey / RAL colour.
(Other RAL colours available upon request!)

ASL (ammonium sulphate solution) is a highly sought-after liquid fertiliser, produced during the drying process of liquid fermentation residues and air scrubbing in drying plants. Due to the corrosive properties of the storage medium, ASL tanks require an internal plastic lining.

Important:
The tank shown (sample photo) is a refurbished 100,000 litre tank which has already been delivered to a customer. The plastic piping (PVC connection) is not included in the scope of delivery and can be purchased at additional cost.
