- Suitable for installation in areas assigned to Seismic Zone 0.

Equipped with an electronic level indicator SmartBox 3.

Tank Description:

The tank comes with two saddle feet, a manhole with dome cover, and is fitted with the following equipment:

- 1 fill pipe with TW cap (filling cap) and dip tube,
- 1 dip pipe with dip stick and dip stick cap,
- 1 vent pipe with vent hood,
- 1 brand new overfill prevention valve with type approval (AIII),
- 1 ladder and 1 spare socket for extraction purposes,
- 1 optical leak detector with type approval and leak detection fluid.

The exterior of the tank is sandblasted, primed, and painted in RAL 7011 iron grey or sky blue RAL 5015 (see sample photo).

Dimensions: L = approx. 5.30 m – D = 1.60 m – Weight approx. 2.4 t – ex works, loaded free of charge.

SmartBox 3 Description:

Features audible and visual alarm to indicate minimum and maximum fill levels, including additional control function via relay output, for non-pressurised tanks with liquid media (such as heating oil EL, diesel, etc.), consisting of:

- 1 hydrostatic stainless steel measuring probe with 6 m connection cable (measuring range for heating oil/diesel up to 2.9 m tank height)
- 1 display unit with 2-line LCD display
- 1 relay with change-over contact (max. 250 V AC, max. 3.5 A)
- 1 integrated optical and acoustic alarm transmitter

A freely adjustable minimum or maximum fill level can be set, between 0 and 99%.

Function:
The tank content is determined via the selected probe and transmitted to the display unit using a 4–20 mA signal. After inputting the tank data at commissioning, the device automatically calculates the values and displays them on the screen. The digital display unit shows the measured values in litres, volume percent, or fill height in centimetres. Display of the maximum permissible delivery volume (free space), menu language and display in German, English, and French.
