Frame:
The basic structure consists of an unalloyed steel beam construction, with the external cladding made from unalloyed steel and painted in RAL 1013 (pearl white).
The oven chamber is manufactured from aluminized sheet steel.
Thermal insulation between the inner and outer chamber is provided by 120 mm mineral wool.

Base:
Same as oven walls, with 120 mm thick thermal insulation.
Height from factory floor to first drawer: 800 mm, adjustable +/-100 mm via oven feet.

Openings:
3 drawers, each 250 mm high, providing usable loading height of 120 mm each.

Maintenance doors:
Double-leaf maintenance door on the rear side of the oven, secured by screws. This door allows complete access to the oven interior.

Parts handling:
Handling is facilitated by three drawers (stacked vertically).

Usable height per drawer: 170 mm (with almost 10 mm reserve)
Drawers feature smooth surfaces and a bottom closure piece to minimize heat loss when opened.
Each drawer supports a load capacity of 120 kg when the weight is evenly distributed across the surface. Peak loads up to 240 kg are possible.
Drawer seals are made from silicone.
Drawer locking is ensured by electromagnets, controlled via Siemens system.
Minimum preheating time is set per drawer via timers located in the control cabinet.
Maximum preheating time is also set per drawer via timers located in the control cabinet.
Each drawer is equipped with its own temperature indicator, positioned on the front of the oven, left of the drawers.
