Frame:
The base frame is constructed from unalloyed steel sections. The exterior cladding is painted unalloyed steel (RAL 1013, pearl white). The oven interior housing is made of aluminized steel sheet. The insulation between the inner and outer housings consists of 120 mm mineral wool.

Floor:
Same as the oven walls, featuring 120 mm thick thermal insulation.
Height (from factory floor to first drawer): 800 mm, adjustable by +/-100 mm via oven feet.

Openings:
3 drawers, each with a height of 250 mm, allowing for a usable loading height of 120 mm.

Service Doors:
Double-leaf service door on rear side of the oven, secured with screws. This door provides full access to the oven’s interior.

Workpiece Handling:
Parts are handled via 3 vertically stacked drawers. Height between each drawer: 250 mm. Usable height per drawer: 170 mm, with nearly 10 mm allowance.
The drawer bottoms are smooth and fitted with closure pieces to reduce heat loss during opening. Each drawer offers a usable load capacity of 120 kg with uniform distribution. Peak loads up to 240 kg can be supported. The drawer seals are made of silicone.

Each drawer is locked electromagnetically, controlled by the Siemens system. Minimum preheating time is monitored by a timer per drawer (integrated in the control cabinet). Maximum preheating time is also controlled by a separate timer per drawer.
A temperature display will be provided for each drawer. These displays are arranged on the front left of the oven beside the drawers.
