SARMAX APACHE 3

The APACHE 3 is a cost-effective solution designed for both artisanal and industrial use, perfectly suited for coating façade cladding and its substructures.

It is ideally and unrestrictedly suited for coating cross-sections of 300 mm x 25 mm and produces flawless surfaces very efficiently and economically—without the operator needing any special prior knowledge.

The unit can also be integrated into automated plants or coating lines. It is capable of coating boards, profile boards, tongue-and-groove boards, rhomboid profiles, laminated and structural timber, decking boards, garden, log cabin, sauna, or privacy screens—all products requiring a top-quality visible surface. Their substructures (typically black) are coated using thin, highly pigmented stains with wood protection agents, without the need for side brushes.

The APACHE 3 distinguishes itself from standard market products through its robust monoblock welded steel construction and a coating applied with a curing process using highly resistant Teflon (enamel). This non-stick coating ensures a self-cleaning, exceptionally low-maintenance operation.
