A complete powder packaging line from DL Packaging consists of:

- An SDX dosing system with a custom-designed auger screw, specially developed for the customer's powder characteristics.
- A VFFS packaging machine that forms, fills, and seals the sachets.
- A discharge conveyor that gently collects and transports the filled sachets.
- A cartoning machine that automatically places the sachets into boxes.

Our systems handle every type of powder product from 5 to 30 kg, including milk powder, coffee, spices, sugar, and fine chemicals.

We offer multiple packaging formats—pillow bags, block-bottom bags, stand-up pouches, doypacks, and Stabilo bags—with production speeds of up to 100 sachets per minute.

Our lines are designed for hygiene, precision, and consistency, minimizing waste and manual intervention. They are suitable for both small batches and large-scale production.
