Compact precision rotary table, suitable for single-part or small-batch production in laser welding and precision mechanics. Both horizontal and vertical configurations are possible.

It is particularly suitable as a 4th axis on engraving and milling machines for engraving, laser processing, drilling, slotting, keyway milling, or for use on a tool or surface grinding machine.

Precision worm gear with 50:1 reduction ratio.

The worm and worm wheel are manufactured in-house, ensuring maximum adjustment precision. The set is fitted with four ball bearings, is backlash-free, yet adjustable.

The robust drive spindle is equipped with a faceplate, diameter 108 mm, with an internal taper MK1, and a through-bore of 10.5 mm or optional M12 internal thread.

Electronic control is supplied as a handy module with foot switch for forward/reverse operation, including power supply and emergency stop. The speed can be set between 0–50 rpm according to the scale. Speed can be adjusted on the fly during operation. The direction of rotation is selected with the foot switch: the right switch rotates clockwise, the left switch rotates counterclockwise.

Pressing the foot switch accelerates the axis to the set speed; releasing the switch slows the axis back down.

Ideal for laser welding with Hermle, Trumpf, Haas, Maho, Deckel FP1, G1 or Gravograph machines.
