Ultrasonic Transducers The ultrasonic transducers used in ROMER systems are mounted in submersible modules, which enhance vibration transmission and are easily replaceable. The ultrasonic frequency range is 20–40 kHz, depending on the parts being cleaned—lower frequencies are used for large, high-strength components, while higher frequencies are used for jewelry, delicate mechanical assemblies, etc. All transducers are connected with high-temperature-resistant cables.
