Tempering oven for stress-relieving annealing and forming of acrylic glass

The oven features two doors on one side and two narrow doors at the rear, equipped with a rail system. Panels are suspended in the oven and clamped or released pneumatically via a foot pedal.

- The oven offers a maximum temperature of 230°C and maintains a consistent deviation from the setpoint temperature of +/-3°C at 75°C.
- Internal dimensions: approx. width 1600 x depth 2000 mm.
The rail system allows for free-hanging panels with a height of up to 1800 mm.
- The rail system can be seen in the attached images and may also be installed on the front side.
It accommodates panel thicknesses from 1.5 to 25 mm and supports a maximum panel weight of 150 kg.
- Heating power is adjustable in multiple stages.

- Doors can also be opened from the inside for safety reasons
- Safety device shuts down the heater in case of fan failure.
