The Roland Texart XT-640S-DTG is an industrial, multi-station DTG printer for apparel printing, specifically designed for the mass production of personalized garments.
Multi-station printing: Print up to 12 garments at once (with 200 x 260 mm templates), or 8 larger garments (300 x 400 mm), or 4 extra-large garments (390 x 490 mm).
Fast production: Achieve production speeds of up to 450 T-shirts/hour (CMYK, 200×260 mm jig, production mode) or 225 T-shirts/hour (quality mode).
Versatility: Thanks to the movable base plate and attachable jigs, you can combine different garment sizes—from children’s to XXXL—in a single workflow.
Software: The package includes the CADlink Digital Factory Apparel Pro (Roland DG Edition) RIP software, supporting web-to-print workflows and automating white underbase generation.

We purchased the machine new from an official Roland service center in Hungary.
Commissioning only took place in January 2022, as we could not utilize the printer's capacity. Approximately 3/4 year(s) ago, the ink was professionally drained by a service technician, and the machine is currently out of operation.
