The semi-automatic capping machine RLC1 is suitable for packaging glass bottles with 26 mm or 29 mm crown caps.
The capping unit can be used for crown caps with a diameter of 26 mm or 29 mm.
If both diameters are required, an additional capping unit is supplied.
The capping head for the crown caps is made of hardened steel and remains wear-resistant even over time.
The guide rail positions the crown caps correctly. The shape of the rail is specially designed for stainless steel 304 crown caps and can hold a small quantity of caps, which are fed manually.
The capping unit withdraws the crown caps from the rail and feeds them into the sealing cone.

In accordance with EU standards, the capping process starts by pressing two buttons simultaneously.
After positioning the bottle on the holder, the capping process begins: the capping unit descends onto the bottle and seals the crown cap. The capping unit then automatically returns to its initial position.
