Overview This vacuum evaporator was manufactured in 2018 by the Italian company REDA. The machine is designed for the gentle concentration of must, juices, and other liquid products at low temperatures, in order to preserve aroma and product quality. It is in near-new condition and is being offered for sale because it was intended for a project that was not realized. The system features an automated, CIP-capable design.
