No external exhaust duct is required. An LED lamp automatically indicates when the filter needs to be changed. This version features stainless steel baffle filters and a pre-filter mat located behind them. This protects the high-efficiency activated carbon filter (newly installed)—the heart of the hood—from rapid contamination, ensuring optimal performance. The Plus condensation hood is ideal for use in front-of-house, enclosed spaces, or live cooking events. Retrofitting and installation on Rational SCC WE 61/101 models can be carried out with minimal effort.
