This is an UltraVent Plus hood from premium manufacturer Rational, model UVP 61/101E. This hood is suitable for iCombi appliance sizes 6-1/1 & 10-1/1 in electric versions. Thanks to its condensation technology, the UltraVent effectively captures escaping steam. No external vent connection or extension of an existing exhaust system is required for this recirculating hood. In addition to the condensation technology of the UltraVent, the UltraVent Plus is equipped with a special activated carbon filter system. This ensures both the condensation of steam and significant reduction of nuisance smoke generated during grilling and roasting. As a result, RATIONAL cooking systems can even be installed in sensitive areas, such as front-of-house locations.

The hood has been inspected and tested in our specialist in-house workshop and is fully operational. New activated carbon filters were fitted during the inspection.

The quoted price is net, plus 19% VAT.
