This is a combi steamer from the premium manufacturer Rational, model CM 101, electric version. The unit accommodates 10 x 1/1 GN containers and offers five operating modes.

The appliance has been overhauled in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

The stand shown in the images is not included in the offer but can be purchased as an option.
