2024 Deburring and Finishing Machine F200 XLDS with Magnetic Fixture.
Suitable for deburring, edge rounding, deslagging and/or grinding of steel parts up to 200 mm width.

This refers to an F200 XLDS 4-station machine, type TS, with touchscreen control.
Compared to the standard F200 XL, this machine is equipped with a slag removal roller for the efficient removal of slag from plasma-cut components.

The F200 deburring machine is the finishing specialist for small workpieces.
Suitable for flat ferrous/magnetic sheet metal parts between 15 and 200 mm wide. High-speed deburring, deslagging, grinding and edge rounding.

This deburring machine features a slag removal roller ("slag hammer") as the first working station. The second station is an abrasive belt, followed by two stationary disc brushes; one rotates clockwise (CW), the other counterclockwise (CCW).
Compared to other deburring machines, the F200 DS offers an extremely high processing speed while achieving superior edge rounding in a single pass.

The machine is supplied as standard with fully adjustable speeds for the conveyor belt and the grinding and/or brush heads, allowing every conceivable process step and result to be set. You define the desired finish. Simple operation via HMI touchscreen at the front of the machine.

The magnetic system securely fixes parts to be processed on the conveyor belt so that even small workpieces (from 15 x 15 mm) can be processed safely, quickly and without issues. At Q-Fin, we strongly believe in a narrow machine for small workpieces and a wider machine for larger items. In many cases, the output of this machine is five times higher than comparable machines.
