The F200 XL is a 3-station machine suitable for deburring, grinding, and/or rounding small sheet metal parts. This deburring machine features a grinding unit as the first processing station, followed by two combined brushes. The grinding belt removes burrs or provides the product with an excellent line finish. The brushes ensure the desired edge rounding of the product and give the surface a uniform finish.

The F200 XL can be optionally equipped with a vacuum system (for non-ferrous metals, e.g., stainless steel and aluminum) or a magnetic system (for ferrous metals). These systems ensure effective fixation of the workpieces on the conveyor table, enabling even small parts (from 10 x 10 mm with the magnetic system) to be processed safely, efficiently, and quickly. At Q-Fin, we are convinced of the benefits of a compact machine for small workpieces. In many cases, the throughput speed of this machine is up to 5 times higher than comparable machines.
