The F200 XL is a 3-station machine, equipped as standard with the brush height tracking system developed by Q-Fin. Combined with the user-friendly button control system, this makes setup and operation of the F200 intuitive, resulting in the most operator-friendly machine available on the market. The machine comes standard with stepless adjustable speed for both the conveyor and the brush(es) and/or grinding head(s), enabling all possible operations and finishes to be achieved. You determine the desired finish yourself.

Depending on your requirements, the F200 XL can be equipped with either a vacuum system (for non-ferrous metals, such as stainless steel and aluminum) or a magnet system (for ferrous metals). These systems ensure effective fixation of the workpieces on the conveyor table, allowing even small parts (as small as 10 x 10 mm with the magnet system) to be processed safely, efficiently, and quickly. At Q-Fin, we firmly believe in a narrow machine for small workpieces and a wider machine for larger ones. In many cases, the throughput speed of this machine is up to five times higher than that of comparable machines.
