The mash on the belt is pressed against cylinders and the extracted juice flows into collection trays located beneath the press. The pressing process of the Band Press 400 is continuous.

The most advanced feature of our POWERPRESS line is the integrated pump and accompanying collection tank built into the Band Press 400. This not only saves you the cost of purchasing a separate tank and pump, but also significantly reduces space requirements.
The juice yield from apples with our band press is approximately 75%.

A sieve system is integrated into the collection tray, ensuring that the juice is filtered during the pressing process, resulting in an even purer product.

The band press operates automatically. When the mash container is full, the machines feeding the band press will automatically shut off. When the collection tray is full, the juice pump transfers the juice to tanks.

The band press is equipped with a high-pressure cleaner that continuously washes the machine’s belt. Our belt washing system is simple, contains no motors or gear reducers, thereby extending the service life and reducing maintenance costs.

After operation, the band press should be manually washed with a water jet. A complete wash cycle takes about 15-20 minutes. Cleaning is straightforward, and all components of the band press can be removed easily without tools.

The belt tension is adjustable.
The machine is made entirely from stainless steel and features adjustable feet.
