The mash on the belt is pressed against cylinders and the extracted juice flows into the collection trays located beneath the press. The pressing process of the belt press is continuous.

The most advanced feature of our POWERPRESS line is the pump and corresponding collection tank integrated directly into the belt press. This not only saves you the cost of a separate tank and pump, but also considerably reduces space requirements.
Juice yield for apples with our belt press is approximately 75%.
A sieve system is integrated into the collection tray, allowing juice filtration as part of the pressing process and resulting in an even purer product.
The belt press operates automatically: when the mash hopper is full, the machines upstream of the belt press automatically switch off. When the collection tray is full, the juice pump transfers the juice to the tanks.
The belt press includes a high-pressure cleaning system that continuously washes the machine’s belt. Our belt washing system is simple, contains no motors or reduction gears, thereby extending service life and reducing maintenance costs.
After operation, the belt press should be manually cleaned with a water jet. A complete cleaning cycle takes about 15–20 minutes. Cleaning is simple and all parts of the belt press can be removed easily without tools.
The belt tension is adjustable.
The machine is manufactured entirely from stainless steel and features adjustable feet.
