The washing and elevator milling system is constructed entirely of stainless steel. The operator first pours fruit and vegetables, together with clean water, into the washing tank. A conveyor belt lifts the produce to the mill. During this elevation process, water nozzles spray the fruit and vegetables with clean water. The machine then mills the produce into mash. Finally, the fruit and vegetable mash exits from the mill.

- The machine’s milling head is round, so all of the crushed mash is discharged directly for further processing. This feature significantly facilitates cleaning the head because there are no corners.
Our round-shape technology outperforms other manufacturers, as substantial amounts of pulp can remain for hours in the corners of square heads, causing juice fermentation!
- The machine is equipped with an additional table in front of the tank for placing fruit or crates, making it easier to load produce into the tank.
- The V-shaped washing tank directs fruit and vegetables straight onto the conveyor, minimizing leftover produce in the tank.
- The integrated water spray system provides additional washing as the fruit is lifted onto the conveyor.
- The belt conveyor features a water drain and speed control system.
- Conveyor belt speed can be adjusted via the control panel.
- Optional interchangeable graters/screens are available for various types of fruit and berries.
- The mill does not damage fruit seeds.
