Description
The universal pneumatic table PT-3300 features an adjustable worktop, pneumatic clamping of supporting elements (blocks or beams), and pneumatic lifting of the pallet towards the operator.

It is an adjustable, semi-automatic pallet nailing table designed for pallets of various sizes. Its ergonomic construction allows for quick and easy adjustment of the pallet template size. Lengths range from 900 – 3300 mm, and the table supports pallet widths up to 1500 mm. Only one operator is required to produce 170 – 200 pallets during an 8-hour shift.

The operator uses several pneumatic nail guns for different nail sizes. For operator convenience, each nail gun is suspended from an overhead roller track. The roller track allows the nailers to move freely along the assembly rail system overhead. The table’s design guarantees efficient production as well as operator comfort.
