Single-use PET bottling line, consisting of the following components:
- Crate ejector (crate emptier, Gera GmbH, 20 ejection units in a 4x5 configuration)
- PET shredder (Strautmann BrikPress 240, year of manufacture 2019)
- Crate washer with cleaning nozzles

- Premix system (Procomac Starmix, year of manufacture 2001, capacity 200 hl/h) consisting of water deaeration, mixer, and carbonation, with a total of 4 tanks and two candle filters for water treatment
- Velcorin dosing system (dmt, Burdomat II G)
- Cap feeding and cap conveyor system
- PET bottle rinser, filler, and capper (Procomac)
- Fill level inspection (Heuft Spectrum TX) with rejection unit
- Labelling machine (P.E. Futura) for hot-melt wrap-around labelling, in block with date coding (Videojet)
- Crate packer (BMS)
- Free, powered conveyor sections for bottles and crates

Format: 0.5 litre single-use PET bottles, 20-bottle crates
Equipment: bottle ejector, crate washer, shredder, preform feeding unit, 2 x stretch blow moulding machine, premixer, Velcorin dosing system, cap feeding and conveyor, rinser/filler/capper, fill level control, labeller, date coder, packer, free crate and bottle conveyors.
