This model combines precise cutting to length with integrated punching operations, making it ideal for complex manufacturing processes:

Saw unit: Equipped with a saw blade diameter of 500 mm. The drive is provided by a 7.5 kW motor (400 V) with infinitely variable speed control.
Punching unit: Features a hydraulic punching unit on the discharge side with a punching force of 250 kN. The punching direction is vertical from above, and up to 8 profile punching tool cassettes can be used simultaneously.
Material feed: The feed is managed via a ball screw and a servomotor, with a maximum feed length of 400 mm per individual stroke.
Control: Modern variants often utilize a Siemens S7 control system with a touch display for intuitive operation and precise programming.

The machine is built for continuous industrial use and has the following physical characteristics:

Weight: approx. 1,000 kg to 1,500 kg (depending on configuration).
Dimensions (saw): approx. 2,100 x 2,000 x 1,600 mm (LxWxH).
