Condition of the baler:
The machine has undergone partial refurbishment and general maintenance in our workshop. After completion of the refurbishment, the baler was tested in operational mode and is available for sale at short notice.

The following refurbishment work was carried out:
General work:
- Machine cleaned, derusted, primed, partially repainted
- Wire run-in marks at the channel passes welded and smoothed

Hydraulic unit:
- Hydraulic oil tank completely drained, tank cleaned, new oil filled
- Oil and air filters replaced
- Leaking oil sight glass on hydraulic tank replaced
- All hydraulic hoses replaced

Electrics:
- Language in program menu set to English
- Two key switches on control panel replaced
- Control cabinet replaced
- Indicator lamp on control cabinet replaced
- Flap limit switch replaced
- Whirlator electrics replaced, connected, and tested

Press ram:
- All four press ram rollers removed and replaced
- Main hydraulic cylinder disassembled, serviced, and partially overhauled; cylinder tube honed, complete seal kit replaced, leak test carried out
- All plastic wear pads on press ram replaced

Pre-press flap:
- Both bearings on pre-press shaft replaced
- Both hydraulic cylinders disassembled, serviced, and partially overhauled; both cylinder tubes honed, complete seal kits replaced, leak test carried out
- Scraper flap on pre-press replaced

Tying unit:
- Two complete needles with wire deflection rollers replaced
- Needles adjusted and set
- All wire guide rollers in needle heads replaced
- Twister finger replaced
- Two twister shafts replaced
- All 8 wear plates on drillomat, below the twister fingers, replaced

Scope of delivery:
Only the baler is sold.

Documentation (operating manual, CE declaration, electrical/hydraulic circuit diagrams) is complete. Inspection is possible by appointment. No liability is accepted for technical data or possible errors.
