Condition of the baler:

The baler was partially overhauled in our workshop and subsequently tested in both manual and automatic modes.

The following maintenance work was performed:
- Machine cleaned, partially derusted and partially repainted
- Hydraulic oil tank fully emptied and cleaned
- Oil and air filters replaced; new hydraulic oil filled
- Press ram disassembled and cleaned
- All four running rollers of the press ram removed and replaced
- Grease cartridges of the automatic roller lubrication system replaced
- Slide rails at the press floor in the pressing chamber cut out
- Undercarriage reinforced with welded plates
- New HARDOX slide rails welded in
- Wire station with guide pulleys for lower wire cleaned and made operational
- Slide rails on press channel floor cut out
- New HARDOX slide rails welded in
- Both side walls of the press channel removed and derusted
- Worn side wall plates cut out
- Complete side walls fitted with new wear plates and welded
- Main hydraulic cylinder disassembled and inspected
- Piston rod replaced, cylinder barrel honed
- Complete seal kit renewed; pressure test performed
- Vertical needle system for binding disassembled, cleaned, wire guide pulleys serviced
- Chain cleaned and lubricated; chain tension reset
- Drillomat cleaned; wire cutter, drill shafts and twisting fingers checked, retightened to specified torque and serviced
- Machine inspected, general maintenance performed, and press tested in both manual and automatic modes

The baler is sold without conveyor belt and without wire stations. Inspection by arrangement possible. We assume no liability for technical data or any errors.
