The ATC plotter series has been designed for professional applications in large industrial plants and factories, used for the production of complex, large-format components. Owing to its special construction, the machine is suited for manufacturing foundry models and yachts, significantly reducing processing times. To meet the demands of heavy-duty machining, ATC machines are equipped with a reinforced frame and more powerful AC servo drives on each axis. The presence of five axes supports the machining of even the most demanding components.

Standard equipment for this series includes automatic tool change, a six-position linear tool magazine, and a tool height sensor. These solutions significantly accelerate processing when multiple milling cutters are required.

CONSTRUCTION:

DRIVES:
The machines are powered by SERVO motors, providing appropriate acceleration and speed in all directions. The X and Y axes feature classic, proven helical racks for durability and precision, while the Z axis is driven by a high-grade ball screw. All axes move along linear guide rails.

SPINDLE:
A powerful, brushless high-end spindle drives the cutting tool. The spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 rpm. It is powered by a frequency inverter of higher power than the spindle itself, which prevents speed drops under heavy load.

TOOL MAGAZINE:
As standard, the machine is fitted with a linear tool magazine with 6 HSK holders. Additional tool magazine positions are available on request.

SOFTWARE:
The machine comes with dedicated CAD/CAM software, enabling fast and easy design of components, which the software then converts into G-code. Importing ready-made files from other programs is also possible.

CONTROL SYSTEM:
The machine is operated via a controller equipped with its own processor and RAM, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
