Opis
The ATC plotter series was designed for professional use in large industrial plants and factories. Like the SPECIAL series plotters, it is suitable for processing a wide range of materials. To meet the demands of heavier-duty machining, the ATC machines feature a reinforced structure and more powerful AC servo drives on each axis. The inclusion of five axes provides support in the machining process of even the most demanding components.
A vacuum worktable is standard in these machines. There is also an option to install a hybrid table.
Plotters in this series come standard with automatic tool change, a six-position linear tool magazine, and a tool length sensor. These features significantly accelerate machining processes that require multiple milling tools.

- Non-ferrous metals (aluminum, brass, copper, etc.)
CONSTRUCTION:
The machine frame is made of steel and cast iron, ensuring high rigidity and resistance to overload during machining operations.
WORKING AREA:
The available working area of our machine is 2100 x 3100 [mm].
MATERIAL CLAMPING:
The machine is equipped with a vacuum table.
Z AXIS RANGE AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:
700 [mm] (the Z-axis range can be modified upon request)
DRIVES:
The machine is driven by SERVO motors, providing adequate acceleration and speed in each direction. The X and Y axes use proven helical racks for durability and precision, while the Z axis is driven by a high-quality ball screw. All axes run on linear rail guides.
SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is driven by a high-class, powerful brushless spindle. The spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 RPM. It is powered by an inverter with higher output than the spindle itself, ensuring no speed loss under heavy load.
TOOL MAGAZINE:
The standard equipment includes a linear tool magazine with six ISO30 tool holders.
SOFTWARE:
The machine is supplied with dedicated CAD/CAM software, allowing for fast and easy design of components. The software then converts designs into G-code. Ready files from other programs can also be imported.
CONTROL SYSTEM:
