The CNC 1020 SPECIAL milling plotter is a precision machine engineered in Poland, designed for machining a wide range of engineering materials such as: wood, wood-based materials (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (Dibond, carbon, Alucobond), soft metals, and more.

CONSTRUCTION:
The plotter is constructed entirely from high-quality steel. During the manufacturing process, all components undergo specialized heat treatment.

WORKING AREA:
The working area of our CNC machine is 1000 x 2000 mm.

Z AXIS RANGE AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard Z-axis travel is 200 mm; however, it can be increased to 400 mm on request.

DRIVES:
Our machines are equipped with high-power, high-resolution digital motors, ensuring optimal acceleration and speeds in every direction. The X and Y axes utilize classic, proven helical racks for high durability and precision, while the Z-axis is driven by a premium quality ball screw. All axes move on linear rail guides.

SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is powered by a robust, water-cooled, durable high-end brushless spindle. Spindle bearing assemblies use high-quality machine bearings, ensuring exceptionally quiet operation and superior longevity. The spindle's rotational speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 rpm. Power is supplied by an inverter with a higher output than the spindle itself, preventing RPM drops under heavy load.

SOFTWARE:
The machine comes with the latest version of dedicated CAD/CAM software, facilitating quick and easy component design which is then converted to G-code. Importing files from other software is also possible.

CONTROL:
Machine operation is managed via a controller equipped with its own processor and RAM, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The controller features active vector analysis for smooth operation and minimal deviations during machining. The controller also supports the resume function after a power loss, eliminating the need to restart programs from the beginning. Built-in memory allows the machine to operate without needing to reload programs for each cycle.
