Our skyLASER Mark systems are used precisely where conventional CO2 laser technology reaches its limits. The fiber laser with a 1064nm wavelength enables even the most intricate work on almost any material. Unlike traditional milling processes, the laser works contact-free, force-free, and with no tool wear. The clear benefits for your application: geometric flexibility and high processing accuracy. This processing method can be applied regardless of the workpiece’s hardness. The mobile, customizable working table further increases system flexibility. Easily integrate the system into your production line or use it as a stand-alone solution. Our skyLASER Mark units deliver extremely precise and durable markings (laser engravings) and are especially suitable for metal marking and selected organic materials.
A wide range of fonts, barcodes, serial numbers, logos and images can be applied effortlessly. Thanks to excellent resolution, virtually all marking requirements are met. Whether you need embossing dies, engravings, labels or complex fine structures – our extremely user-friendly software makes it easy. Even demanding, intricate marking tasks are quick and simple on the included industrial PC. Accurate positioning is straightforward, thanks to the optional process monitoring camera and software-assisted part alignment.
With virtually no wear parts and IPG laser technology for near-zero maintenance, this system is ideal for industrial and continuous operation.
