A walnut is cracked by pressing the nut with a shaft against the inner wall of the splitter. The nuts are poured into the hopper, from where they are transported to the breaking shaft and then fall into a prepared container. The splitter shaft is equipped with special plates, allowing all nuts to be cracked without calibration.
