Cost-effective and reliable, our refurbished SIMA 220 from PALAMIDES collects, counts, sorts, inspects, and packages your high-volume mailings. Operating at speeds of up to 28,000 pieces per hour, mail items are taken directly from an upstream inserter or addressing machine and automatically deposited into mail trays in compliance with postal standards. The mail trays are automatically fed from a magazine that can be preloaded with approximately 10 containers.

Thanks to the integrated belt turner, it is also ensured that mail pieces from different upstream machines can be received and deposited into the mail trays in compliance with postal regulations.

Additionally, the SIMA 220 checks each individual mail piece for correct format and selectively ejects any items that deviate. This ensures that incorrectly stuffed envelopes or similar errors do not enter the postal stream.
