Space requirements for the baler are approximately 8 m x 6 m, height approx. 5 m (as previously installed, see pictures below). If the dedusting system is not installed, approx. 2 m can be saved in width. Length remains at 8 m.

The bales measure 80 x 80 cm, length is adjustable. Automatic wire binding. We typically operated at a length of approx. 100 – 120 cm with a weight of about 700 kg per bale.

The unit was installed in a print shop (now decommissioned) and was mostly used in single-shift, low-frequency operation, resulting in low operating hours (exact figure unavailable as the baler is currently in storage).

The baler features automatic twister, dust extraction from Höcker-Polytechnik, and a complete piping system.
