Scope of delivery includes:
One-day operator training and commissioning
- Day 1 (up to 8 hours) – commissioning and controller training.
Telephone support by a specialist
- From 7:30 to 21:00 (Mon–Sat) – an 8-hour support package to be used within 12 months.
Free loan of transport rollers and two jacks to facilitate machine setup at the customer’s site. Rollers and jacks are provided upon prior request (at least 7 days before machine delivery).
