Design:
The torch cable allows maximum freedom of movement and facilitates welding in various positions. The integrated controller with a large, clear display is intuitive to operate. The device features a high-performance cooling system, ensuring reliable operation under tough conditions, such as continuous multi-shift work.

Operating Principle:
The laser welding system uses laser heat to melt the welding wire and the edges of the parts to be joined. The focused beam targets the wire, which is automatically fed into the weld pool, as well as the joint area. When the trigger is pulled, the welding gun must be moved along the seam at the appropriate feed rate. A constant working temperature for both the laser source and the welding gun is maintained via a water-cooled circuit. Laser output and cooling are controlled by an onboard controller that monitors and adjusts parameters based on operator input.
