Stanje: nepreverjeno (rabljeno), Number of sanding units: 4 pcs Sanding width: 190 mm Max. sanding height: 4–180 mm Weight: 4200 kg Hess Expert 4-Belt Single-Piece Wood Sander Ø Sanding from below and above Ø Each with 2 staggered sanding units (top and bottom) Ø Sanding units (top and bottom) connected in series according to the precision planing principle Ø Pre-sanding with coarse grit (calibration) Ø Fine sanding with fine grit (finish) Ø Central motorized height adjustment of the lower sanding units Ø Central motorized and synchronous height adjustment of the complete upper sanding and brushing units, including the upper transport units Ø Oscillating belt use (during the sanding process) Ø Absolute power transmission via 5.5 kW motors and large dimensioned drive drums Bodpfxot Tqy Es Abxolp Ø Oxide-ceramic sanding shoe for - precise surface geometry - no readjustment required - permanent dimensional accuracy - completely maintenance- and wear-free Basic structure: Stable, heavy welded construction made of thick-walled rectangular profiles with additional, statically calculated stiffeners for optimal vibration damping. Staggered sanding units with large-diameter belt drive drums for slip-free belt tracking. Dual-point extraction for direct and airborne dust with sealing brushes and integrated sanding belt air-blast device to extend belt service life. Sanding units in robust steel plate construction serve as the base for vibration-damped, smooth belt operation. Absolutely backlash-free guidance by ball-type linear sets made of hardened and ground shafts. Height adjustment of the sanding units via hardened and ground special linear guides and preloaded carriage units. Long-term precision is ensured by dust and dirt protection of the ball linear sets and carriage units. Large-diameter presanding rollers as contact drums. Contact drums and sanding shoes are balanced relative to the sanding belt grit stress. The oversized drive drums guarantee the full power transmission of the 5.5 kW sanding motors to the sanding belt, ensuring slip-free, stable running and optimal heat dissipation, allowing for maximum material removal. Automatic machine stop in the event of belt breakage. Optical display at the control panel and via signal light on the machine. Sanding shoes for finishing are entirely maintenance- and wear-free, made from oxide-ceramic with optimal heat dissipation. Belt tensioning is provided by appropriately sized compression springs. Belt release for belt change is done via a pneumatic unit for gentle and distortion-free installation of new belts. The upper sanding and brush units are centrally and motor-driven height adjustable, with digital display at the control panel for motorized sanding thickness adjustment. Brush and finishing device, for improved surface finish, is integrated into the base machine. Two vertically arranged special brush rollers, 150 mm Ø, run in the direction of feed. Separate height adjustment of the brush rollers on precision carriage guides allows adjustment for wear compensation. An additional transport roller is provided for ejecting or further transporting the workpiece from the sanding machine, linked to the conveyor belt. Wood guiding at the infeed area for hard, double-sided...
