Abrasive cleaner windsifter with four-way adjustment: airflow volume, flow speed, extraction proximity to the abrasive, and abrasive bed height setting. Electric vibrating screen for continuous coarse separation. Bucket elevator with trapezoidal thread spindle for belt tensioning and speed monitoring. Container lining made of 4mm, 70 Shore fabric-reinforced rubber guarantees a service life of up to 30 years when used correctly. The container can be fully opened from the side for simple forklift loading. The container can be upgraded with crane roof hatch, floor reinforcement, or lateral blast chamber extension. For stainless steel blasting, the container can be equipped with an actual magnetic drawer or drum-type magnetic separator, as well as a stainless steel grating. Filter unit with easy-maintenance access doors, big bag dust collection, secondary filter H13/14, and silencer. Blast pot with pressure regulator and water separator.

The container is characterized by its reliability and easy maintenance. All system components are easily accessible at the rear of the container. Only 4 ball bearings on the screw conveyor floor and 4 ball bearings on the bucket elevator.

Special warranty of 5 years included on all essential components of the blasting system.

Safety features: door/gate limit switches, dead-man control, emergency lighting, blast chamber viewing window, emergency stop inside the blast chamber and on the control cabinet, quick-release pressurized vessel vent.
