Overview

This palletizing and wrapping line consists of an Ocme palletizer and two Robopac Genesis stretch wrapping machines, both manufactured in 2014. The system was designed for handling shrink-wrapped containers and is in good condition. It is suitable for palletizing and wrapping multiple pallet formats and offers a production output of 30,000 bottles per hour, depending on the format. Layer formation grouping is carried out by two Fanuc robots. Two additional Fanuc robots are responsible for palletizing and the insertion of intermediate layers. The palletizing and wrapping units are part of a complete line, from which several components have already been sold.
