The package consists of a Nowicki MP 300 crate washer combined with a Nowicki SO 300 blower dryer, both from 2017, in very well-maintained, fully functional condition. The entire system is constructed of stainless steel, featuring hygienic food-grade design, and is ideally suited for butcher shops, slaughterhouses, catering companies, large-scale kitchens, logistics operations, as well as all businesses with high crate turnover and elevated hygiene requirements.

The MP 300 operates as an automatic tunnel-type system with a conveyor belt, enabling a continuous washing process with high throughput. Cleaning is performed via multi-stage intensive washing and rinsing zones, ensuring efficient water and energy consumption. Thanks to its robust industrial design, the machine is particularly low-maintenance, durable, and suitable for continuous daily or multi-shift operation. Directly downstream, the SO 300 dryer with powerful blowers ensures effective air-drying of the crates, so that they are virtually residue-free, hygienically clean, and immediately stackable or ready for use. This eliminates the need for manual post-drying and makes the overall process significantly faster and more economical.

The combination of washing and drying forms a complete, ready-to-use washing line with a seamless workflow from infeed and cleaning to rinsing and drying. The system is equipped with a three-phase power connection, hot water connection, and wastewater connection (DN100), and can be easily integrated into existing production lines. It has been in continuous operation, serviced regularly, and can be inspected or demonstrated by prior arrangement. Forklift loading is possible, and collection or shipping by freight forwarder can be organized.
