This is an SCC 61 WE combi-steamer in electric version, manufactured by the premium brand Rational, year of construction 2017. The combi-steamer is a device from the latest SCC series, featuring triple glazing and LED lighting. The unit has been inspected in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.

The stand shown in the photos is not included in the offer but can be purchased as an optional extra.

This combi-steamer accommodates 5 trays of 400x600 mm. In automatic mode, the unit automatically detects the ideal cooking process for seven applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing), as well as the product size, load quantity, and specific requirements.
