The NESS installation is an advanced smoking system enabling a complete technological process: smoking, cooking, cooling, and drying. The chambers are equipped with independent control cabinets featuring the Digitronic RF3 D-N system for precise process parameter management. The Duschmatic cooling shower allows rapid and uniform cooling of products after smoking. The chip smoke generator and the condensate system with Grundfos pumps ensure reliable and hygienic operation throughout the system.
