Upper pressure bar
The aluminum pressure bar provides excellent rigidity and extended service life.
The compactly arranged rubber rollers press the workpieces to ensure shift-free conveying.

Panel conveyor
The long, heat-treated semicircular guide rail allows perfect contact with the conveyor, without play.
The conveyor is fixed to the machine body for the stability of wide workpieces, with a maximum extension width of 600mm.

Narrow parts feeding package
Feeding package for narrow parts, ensuring a minimum edge width of 40 mm.

Pre-milling unit
Pre-milling with 2 diamond cutters, height 43mm.
Two pneumatically controlled motors (2 x 3.7kW), intermittent milling of the panel edge.

Panel preheating units x2
Heats the edge of the workpiece so that the adhesive melts properly, ideal for humid or cold areas.
An infrared lamp with an operating temperature of 300 degrees heats the end of the workpiece for improved bonding.

Edge band support x2
Large support at an optimal height for easy feeding and long service life.

Edge band cutting unit x2
Pneumatically operated guillotine with electric switch for proper edge band cutting at the end.

Premelting gluing unit x2
System includes an upper tank for optimal volume and a small lower pot that keeps adhesive fresh.

Automatic adhesive pumping + 25kg tank
Adhesive is pumped automatically into the upper tank when the level drops below the sensor.

Edge band cutting unit

A 100mm pre-pressing roller in conjunction with four rear rollers ensures firm pressure.

Lubrication system
Lubrication pump for daily maintenance, grease application on the guide rail by simply operating the lever.

Extraction system

Glue scraping unit (straight)
Removal of edge residues, followed by straight scraping to remove adhesive excess from top and bottom surfaces.

Spraying unit – cleaning agent
Separation agent before pre-milling, preventing adhesive from sticking to the panel surface.

2 sets of polishing units
Intended for two adhesive colors (dark and light) to prevent contamination.

Narrow parts solution
Allows processing of parts with dimensions: 120x120mm (4 sides), $200\times40$ mm (long side), $40\times200$ mm (short side).
