The space-saving, pivotable vacuum press with a pressing area of 3500 mm x 1420 mm.

Technical basic equipment of the vacuum press:

Unless otherwise agreed, the vacuum press is powder-coated in the color shades RAL 7012 and RAL 7035. Special colors are possible but must be clarified in advance and may incur additional costs.

Welded table construction for professional use, pivot-mounted on a transport trolley, standing on 4 swivel castors, surface load of 150 kg. When not in use, the machine can be pivoted to save space and locked in place, reducing the depth requirement to 800 mm. The tabletop is made of a laminate MDF board with a thickness of 22 mm, covered with a slotted MDF vacuum distribution plate in the pressing area.

The membrane frame opening is assisted by 2 gas struts mounted on the sides of the machine. Equipped with a natural rubber membrane, 2 mm thick, 780% elasticity, and temperature resistant up to 70 °C, fastened via a clamping system for efficient membrane changes. The perimeter seal of the press chamber is provided by a sealing profile in the membrane frame.

Oil-lubricated vacuum pump with a suction capacity of 40 m³/h and two vacuum tanks, total capacity 200 liters. Evacuation and ventilation of the press chamber are controlled via a 3-way ball valve on the front of the machine.

The machine is delivered pre-assembled on a pallet. Please note that unloading requires a forklift with sufficient lifting capacity and fork length.
