Gravimetric dosing and mixing unit, designed for direct mounting on the inlet flange of a plastics processing machine. The device allows dosing and mixing of up to 4 granulated components.

Real, measured, and weighed quantities are continuously compared with setpoint values via a modern microprocessor-based control system, ensuring very high recipe accuracy (+/- 0.1%) thanks to continuous automatic optimization.

The complete unit includes:
- 2 supply hoppers for virgin material or regrind/virgin material
- 2 supply hoppers for masterbatch or additives
- 2 pneumatically controlled conical dosing heads
- 2 precision motor-driven dosing screws
- Material hoppers – capacity approx. 7 liters
- Weighing hopper – capacity approx. 0.8 liters
- Mixing hopper – capacity approx. 3.0 liters
- Manually operated slide valve
- GRAVInet controller with color touch panel, enabling recipe, regrind and process data management, vibration compensation, and continuous automatic optimization; built-in Ethernet port and standard reporting/printing functions.
