The NZ2000 T3Y2 is equipped with 2 spindles and 3 turrets. Two turrets are fitted with Y-axis function and integrated milling motor. This enables simultaneous machining with 3 turrets. High-performance and high-speed machining can be achieved using up to 48 driven tools.

For automatic loading, a Lehmann robot is used, including infeed and outfeed conveyor for shafts. The machine has been maintained by our own maintenance department and Mori Seiki.
