For sale is a complete, fully functional powder coating line, year of manufacture 1990.

In recent years, many system components have been modernized or completely replaced with new parts.

The system was decommissioned in Q1-2025 but can be recommissioned at any time as needed. All components are on standby and can be set up and demonstrated on site.

The line features one manual and two automatic booths (these can be operated simultaneously).

All booths can handle workpieces with maximum dimensions of 7000 x 2300 x 800 mm.

The entire conveyor system is supplied by CSF.

The control system for all components including visualization, all control cabinets, frequency converters, and many other elements were completely renewed within the last 5–7 years.

There is no maintenance backlog. The system has been regularly and thoroughly serviced by our in-house maintenance department, as well as by the respective manufacturers.
