The numerically controlled machining center is equipped with an extensive range of tools for milling and drilling, designed to meet every requirement in the woodworking sector.

Load-bearing structure:
The main frame is made from a robust monolithic steel base with strong ribbing and high rigidity. The particularly wide support surface is specially designed to provide the machine with maximum stability, ensuring consistently high precision regardless of working conditions and without the need for floor anchoring. The base provides a large and solid support for the moving gantry: the machining unit is thereby equipped with a balanced, stable, and resilient support that withstands even the highest stresses, resulting in superior quality and greater accuracy.

The movable portal consists of a solid single piece anchored to the base, running on high-quality prismatic guides with recirculating ball carriages. The machining unit is attached and moves along the Y and Z axes on prismatic rails with recirculating ball carriages.

Movement of the lower mobile unit (X-axis) and the machining unit along the moving beam (Y-axis) is achieved with helical rack and pinion drives, delivering greater tooth engagement for increased acceleration and higher speeds along the X and Y axes. The specifically designed helical gearing results in reduced wear on mechanical parts and quieter operation.

The vertical Z-axis is driven by a recirculating ball screw, ensuring perfect balance under dynamic loads and supporting rapid acceleration and deceleration. The milling main unit is directly coupled to the Z-axis carriage, guaranteeing the highest finishing quality by minimizing vibrations.

Movement along the X-Y-Z axes is performed by brushless motors powered by static inverters, offering:
- Reduced machining times due to improved acceleration
- Improved positioning accuracy thanks to high-resolution encoders
- No machine homing required at startup due to absolute encoders
- Zero routine maintenance as the brushless system is brush-free

Axis movement and all machine elements are managed via an industrial NS module with digital data transmission.
